Each SMB includes essential components such as a control cabinet, power supply technology, valves, and a safety PLC-based control system.

We build further on this with standard modules, such as camera inspection, HMI operation, pick-and-place with robotic arms, or transport modules. Our modular software platform controls production machines and is based on industry standards such as S88 and PackML. It consists of reusable software modules that allow us to respond flexibly to a wide range of processes and applications.
The platform includes standard features such as a user-friendly interface and integration with higher-level systems like MES, ERP, or SCADA. We can also easily set up a digital twin — a digital representation of the machine used for simulation, monitoring, and optimization. We are increasingly integrating AI applications as well, for example for process improvement, quality assurance and predictive maintenance.
